So far, I have never written a fade-to-black scene. I believe that sexual intimacy should not be shamed and should be enjoyed by all. I want my books to reflect my values, and since that is one of them, my readers will enjoy all the bodily pleasures I can offer.

 It’s the best thing since sliced bread. I wish this was a thing since the beginning of time. It could have stopped a lot of people from picking up the Bible. Lol.

My writing helps me every day. Everyone should have a place to escape to, and my books are mine.

Every time I come back to my book after putting it on pause for a while, I get to see how much I have grown as a person. When I look at my first draft, I see a different person reflected back. It’s just beautiful how much I’ve changed.

 Creation is not copy/paste. AI can’t create for shit, therefore it is not welcome at my table.

It is absolutely pivotal. Books are the safest place to try on new thoughts, ideas, and experiences. You see what fits and what doesn’t. You can be exposed to difficult circumstances and other people’s experiences and gain more empathy and understanding of the human experience. If you think the world works in black and white, then you are blind. You have been lied to.
When you study, dive into history, and learn all you can about gender, race, disability, and identity, you will learn that everything, and I mean everything, falls on a wondrous spectrum.

 I had a creative writing class when I was nine and loved it. That was when I first came up with the idea for my book. I can still vividly see all the scenes I used to daydream about.
Then, five years ago, I started picking up reading again. I read 120 books that year. I read really amazing books I would love to live up to, but I also read a lot of shitty books that gave me the thought, “I could write something better than that.” So I picked up my iPad and started writing, adapting the original story from when I was younger into something that applied to me today.

 I am an optimistic nihilist. Since there is no purpose or reason for living, I get to create whatever life I want, with my goal being a life full of incredibly beautiful experiences. Because I am good, there is good in the universe, and I want to create as much good as I can.
I don’t align myself with any specific political party, as there are always such extremes I don’t want to be associated with.
At the end of the day, I believe in basic human rights. The right to exist how you want, love who you want, access healthcare, and have freedom to create. As long as you do no harm to others, I hope you are living your best life.
